Estate Consolidation and New Ways of Working – The ministry had completely refurbished and modernised its HQ site at St James St tube station, London. The first phase of this programme involved the closure, decommissioning and exiting of 8 offices and buildings in the Central London area. The total number of staff to be relocated ±3800.

Ministry of Justice Estate Consolidation – ATOS was the preferred primary supplier for IT and telecoms infrastructure to the MoJ. Citygold was contracted by ATOS in the second phase of the estate consolidation programme which involved the closure and expanding/upgrading of courts around the United Kingdom.

Citygold consulted on the requirements and pricing for each court site and engaged with the vendors and implementation leads as part of the process. Engagement with the clients and vendors would determine the scheduling and scope of the change. The infrastructure changes varied from fibre and server cabinet installations/removal, desktop and printer upgrades and installation of CCTV systems.
